Cape Escape is perfect for multiple family renting. It boasts 5 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms and two living areas. All beds are solid memory foam or memory foam toppers. Game room doubles as bedroom with closet and beds so kids can enjoy their favorite gaming system and TV shows on the large flat screen, and adults can have fun downstairs in the great kitchen/living/deck area. The Game room is also stocked with multiple board games and card games with fun for all. There is a card table and folding chairs in the closet. Cape escape sits right behind the private subdivision walkover to the beach and has two masters down - each with a queen bed, its own flat screen, and Direct TV with DVD/DVRs. Each master also includes a private sink and toilet room with a shared, roomy walk-in shower with separate rain showerhead. The home also has 19' ceiling in the den with shiplap walls and windows all the way up. Luxurious kitchen awaits with quartz countertops, custom beadboard cabinets, glass backsplash, island, stainless appliances and comes fully equipped with service for 24, two coffee pots (one is a Keurig), blender, pots and pans, wine glasses, etc. Kitchen also has second storable table with folding chairs for extra seating. Living area has a “smart-capable” TV with surround sound, DirectTV, DVD/DVR, queen sleeper sofa and half bath. Upstairs has beautiful views of the gulf from the 2nd floor balcony inside and the deck outside. Two bedrooms and game room/bedroom up have bunks, a full bed, and a full futon, along with two roll-a-way beds. All three rooms upstairs have “smart-capable” TV’s with DirectTV, DVD/DVR. Upstairs bath has double sinks for more convenience.  Outside decks are huge and have plenty of quality solid wood furniture. The main deck boasts a large hot tub where you can relax and enjoy the great view. It also has an octagonal table, a pub table, and a pair of tall chairs. The upper deck has a double-chair with small table combo and a pub table and chairs. Main deck and downstairs are also equipped with outdoor stereo speakers. Downstairs bar area is illuminated with charming string lights and has electrical for your favorite summer drinks, bar stools, a sink, two private shower areas, a built-in picnic table, chairs, a swing, and portable fire pit. Cape Escape sits on a very quiet, private part of Crystal Beach with no car beach access, yet it is still close to all the shops, stores, and restaurants! Since there is no beach access by car within a mile of the Sea Breeze Subdivision, this area is very family friendly.

Guest access

You have access to the entire home with the exception of an owner's closet, small cabinet, and some storage under the stairs. The garage is also accessible to those who rent the golf cart. All guest have access to a lockable storage room on the ground level that has a gas grill and charcoal grill along with some miscellaneous beach items.
